VP Media and Communication
Based in Lahore
Duties:
- Responsible for overall content on PSN website
- Communicate and promote events to social media and traditional media (TV, Print, Radio)
- Develop a communication brand for PSN in collaboration with Board.
- Oversee graphic design, newsletters and blog coordinators
Qualifications:
- Interest in some of the following: journalism, media, communications, print, web design, PR, graphic design
- Experience contacting media and writing press releases
- Maintains your own blog, or has experience as a journalist or copywriter.
- Comfortably uses social media tools: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
Commitment: up to 3-4 hours a week

Webmaster
Virtual Position
Duties:
- Keep website upto date with latest social media tools
- Troubleshoot any problems with website
- Overall maintenance of user DB and content
Qualifications:
- Exceptional experience with PHP and CSS
- Familiar with wordpress
- Graphics design an asset
Commitment: up to 8-10 hours per month

Newsletter Editor
Virtual Position
Duties:
- Organize web content and events and put them together in a newsletter
- Promote email signup list
- Ensure members can contribute to newsletter/ find writers for premium articles
Qualifications:
- Experience with writing/blogging or copywriting
- Keen eye for layout
- Graphics design and HTML an asset
Commitment: up to 4-5 hours per month

VP Volunteer Engagement
Based in Lahore
Duties:
- Maintain membership list on google docs
- Reply to membership queries
- Keep records of members
- Develop payment schedule with VP Finance to ensure all membership forms are accounted for.
- Have 1 on 1 meetings with new volunteers to help them determine which area they can contribute most to within PSN and to set expectations.
- Oversee University Ambassadors program
Qualifications:
- Excellent with managing people
- Experience or interest in Human Resource Management, Training and Human Development an asset.
- Undergraduate level student or higher academic qualification
- Organized and computer savvy in order to maintain accurate and up to date data on members
Commitment: 3-5 hours a week

VP Finance and Funds
Based in Lahore
Duties:
- Manage financial transactions for PSN (including: grant reports, membership fees, payment schedules, cash flow)
- Develop program budget for PSN-Lahore
- Maintain immaculate records and receipts for all financial transactions
- Responsible for quarterly report to Board.
- Liaison with president over cheque signing
- Oversee fundraising activities, and set financial goals for the year
Qualifications:
- Senior accounting or finance major student or higher qualification
- Responsible and organized individual
- Computer savvy, knows excel and other financial management program
Commitment: 3-5 hours per week

VP Partnerships: Corporate and Community
Possibly 2 positions based in Lahore
Duties:
- Sell corporate memberships to companies
- Develop product sheets for companies, and what services PSN can offer in return for their financial contributions
- Will be managing very large accounts with companies
- The above will be the same for community groups
- Manage a team of volunteers who will raise partnerships with companies
Qualifications:
- Business degree an asset but not required
- Interest in sales, professional and personable
- Outgoing attitude an asset
- Results oriented
Commitment: 3-5 hours per week

University Ambassador
Multiple positions available in Lahore
Duties:
- Representing your University at PSN events and meetings
- Responsible for recruiting volunteers and coordinating PSN events on your Campus
- Promote PSN events on campus
- Work with existing ecoclub or start a new one by recruiting other volunteers
Qualifications
- Strong leadership or entrepreneurial spirit
- Good inter-personal skills
- Willing to learn and make a difference on your campus
- Good relations with Admin an asset
Commitment: 2-5 hours/week (more during Aug/Sep recruitment)

Coordinator Green Drinks
Based in Lahore
Duties:
- Promote Green Drinks event through social media, invitation letters, flyers, etc
- Manage a list of speakers
- Coordinate with venue: Nairang Gallery
- Manage volunteers to handle registration at the door
- Communicate and discuss topics of interest on the facebook forum
Qualifications:
- Personable and approachable
- Experience with networking and event management an asset
- Computer savvy, and good with social media tools
Commitment: ~10 hours per month

Coordinator EcoFilms
Based in Lahore
Duties:
- Download and keep archives of all new ecoFilms
- Make copies onto DVD
- Update website with listing names
- Coordinate with LEYC, Green Drinks, etc to have copies of DVDs for sale to public
- Host monthly screening
- Train others how to host screenings of their own.
- Plan for an environmental Film Festival once a year
Qualifications:
- Movie and environment lover
- Good at sales and communication
- Strong desire to spread knowledge about environment and make it as accessible as possible to the population
Commitment: 2-3 hours per week + 5 hours/ month for screening

Coordinator Lahore Urban Farmers
Based in Lahore
Duties:
- Organize compost and gardening tutorials/workshops
- Post news and info on FB page
- Develop communities of practice around urban gardening
- Photo/video document all activies
Qualifications
- A Green Thumb (experience with urban gardening/farming)
- Good at bringing people together and delivering training programs
- Computer and social media savvy an asset
Commitment: 5-10 hours per month
